Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Deep Roots in the Heart of Maremma
It is in the heart of Maremma (southern Tuscany), a few kilometers away from Magliano in Toscana and its late medieval walls, that Casale Dell'Osa was born just over 15 years ago, a farm specialized in the production of extra virgin olive oil, as well as Vermentino and Merlot grapes.
In this magnificent land, dotted with ancient villages overlooking Monte Argentario and the Tuscan Archipelago, we have planted over 4,000 olive trees over the years, which have been added to the approximately 600 centuries-old olive trees that were already present.
Our farm was born from the desire to preserve and enhance the ancient art of producing extra virgin olive oil, trying to enclose in every drop the essence of Maremma: a territory rich in history, traditions and love for the land.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Southern Tuscany
Our extra virgin olive oil is produced directly from the olives of our approximately 30 hectares of olive groves with traditional Tuscan varieties and exclusively through mechanical processes. Our limited use of irrigation together with the early harvest timing are both aimed at obtaining a final product with a unique character and rich in polyphenols and aromas.
